Belgrade - The Czech Centre Belgrade is inviting visual creatives to submit their offers for production of a promotional video for Czech House, the event venue of the Czech Centre Belgrade. Besides Czech Center’s regular programming, the Czech House hosts also commercial events organized by clients, partners and external entities from the corporate, NGO and cultural sectors.
Required services
The Czech Centre Belgrade is seeking the services of individual consultants, teams of consultants or legal entities providing consultancy services to develop and produce promotional material. The Czech Centre Belgrade expects to receive creative, innovative proposals for a promotional video and photo material:
1. Promotional video presenting the Czech House venue (max. length 1 min)
Target group: clients
2. Shorter version video (max. length 20 seconds)
Target group: online audience
3. Set of 20 photographs
Shooting period: September 23-28, 2025
Delivery date: October 10, 2025

3. Interviews with Shortlisted consultants: September 2 & 3, 2025
4. Final Selection and Announcement: September 5, 2025
Applicants must submit their proposals by the specified deadline to be considered.
Payment & Budget
The winning applicant will be invited to sign a service contract with Czech Centres Headquarter in Prague.The Contract will be realized in EUR.
Maximum budget: 3,000 EUR (incl. VAT).
Copyrights
The copyrights of all materials produced taken during the assignment shall remain the property of Czech Centres. The contractor will obtain the relevant consent for video usage from people in the videos.

Our team will evaluate each proposal based on a range of criteria, including but not limited to:

· Technical Proficiency and available Equipment
· Pricing and Cost-effectiveness
· Client Testimonials and References
· Ability to issue invoice in EUR
